TOLO is on a mission to become a best in class DSP for Amazon. Schedule:

• We operate 361 days per year, 7 days per week. All new team members MUST be able to work at least one weekend day each week.
• Shifts will consist of 4 10 hour work days, beginning from 9:30 am
• Drivers will be expected to attempt all packages on an assigned 10 hour route
• Overtime opportunities will be available at 1.5x hourly rate

Pay and Benefits:

• $18/hr starting wage for new drivers. Will adjust compensation based on tenure and experience
• Route based pay (Get paid for a full 10 hours a day guaranteed to deliver a route)

Job Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license AND be 21+ years of age
• Able to lift packages (up to 50 lbs)
• Will be entering and exiting a delivery van frequently, climbing stairs and walking up driveways
• Ability to drive our vehicles safely as if they were your own. We are a small business and will entrust our drivers with our fleet
• Must show up to work daily with the company provided branded Amazon Uniform
• Must follow our company attendance policy. We will be extremely respectful of your time and allow you to plan ahead and ask the same from our employees
