Full-time/part-time positions with St Pete Delivery Inc delivering packages!

St Pete Delivery is hiring drivers for our delivery operation in Tampa, FL. Drivers must be comfortable operating in a fast paced environment that includes lots of repetition and excercise. Our drivers average 15-20K steps daily. Company proivded uniform and training. Annual Zappos Shoe credit of $125 provided to all drivers. This is not a seasonal position, steady work available.

Our drivers deliver packages using company branded vans, no personal vehicles are used.

Position Specifics:

• Our drivers work 10 hour shifts.
• Drivers that complete their route early are required to help other drivers when asked unless previous arrangements have been requested and are compensated additional pay provided they pick up 15 stops or more. (Rescue Pay)
• St Pete Delivery also has an incentive policy in place to reward drivers that meet the safety and delivery metrics on a weekly basis.

** Start/End times are subject to change - Drivers work independently on a route, you must work the full day. No Partial Days / No Morning only / No Evening only.

• 3 - 4 day work-week (all drivers are required to work one weekend day as part of their schedule)
• Our drivers average beween 250-320 delivered packages each day
• Compensation is $17.50/hr.
• All employees will undergo a 90 day review period.
• Health insurance and PTO available for full-time employees (30+ hours)
• 401K Available after 90 Days
• Looking for Full-time (4 days a week); Some Part-time (3 - days a week) positions are available

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license
• Will be subject to a background screening going back 7 years.
• Will be subject to a motor vehicle report screening (No DUI, No reckless/careless driving, No improper lane change, No driving on suspended license ... etc.)
• Will be subject to a 5-panel drug screening.
• Must be able to lift packages (up to 50 lbs)
• Must be able to get in and out of a van quickly 200+ times a day
• Must be comfortable delivering to condos and apartment complexes with stairs
• Drivers safely deliver in all weather conditions
• Proficient using Android Based App on a provided cell phone
