As an Appointment Setter at Closet Factory-DFW, you will be joining a team that respects, appreciates, and rewards hard work, and encourages professional development. All of this without selling anything or even telemarketing! All you have to do is talk to patrons of local big box clubs about the leading custom closet company. You will be informing homeowners of the benefits of a custom closet and scheduling a convenient time to meet with one of our highly trained designers. It's that simple!
This is a part-time position, on an as needed basis with opportunity for growth. Weekend availability is a must. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, upbeat, highly organized, professional, engaging, and charismatic.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Serves as the first point of contact and community brand ambassador for Closet Factory – DFW
- Deeply understands the big box club patron and Closet Factory clientele; fully embraces the Closet Factory brand
- Ability to learn and retain product and company knowledge
- Greets, presents, and incentivize potential clients to the benefits of working with Closet Factory and invite them to meet with a design specialist to create their custom storage solution
- Must be welcoming and provide a professional first impression of our company while pre-qualifying potential customers
- Maintains an accurate record of all transactions and customer logs
- Responsible for maintaining production at or above minimum performance standards
- All interactions are in person and do not include telemarketing
- No selling, just scheduling the appointment for the homeowner to meet with the design specialist
Job Expectations and Requirements:
- Must be a highly focused, organized, motivated, and passionate individual
- Experience in sales or customer service industry (at least 1 year experience)
- Overcome objections and perform marketing expectations within a short period of time
- Attention to detail and drive for success
- Maintain production standards
- Personal transportation and Valid Driver’s License
- Able to work flexible hours
- Willingness to learn
- Must be energetic, outgoing, and tenacious
