Job description

• Supervises and directs all staff and volunteers according to company policy following store manager’s direction

• Assist customers with purchasing needs

• Provides timely and accurate reports to Store Manager and other leadership team members as needed

• Answers phone inquiries and relays information in a friendly professional manner

• Completes daily cash reconciliation reports and deposits

• Operates cash register

• Refers conference requests and orders to appropriate personnel

• Assists in training of staff and volunteers

• Receives merchandise from the delivery trucks, including assisting in unloading the merchandise as necessary

• Processes and prices merchandise

• Stocks merchandise on retail floor

• Arranges clothing by department, color, and/or size

• Rotates merchandise

• Provides a safe working environment

• Creates merchandise displays for customer appeal

• Performs housekeeping duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, windows, restrooms and parking lots to ensure a comfortable shopping experience for customers

• Responsible for securing donations, building, and setting alarm before leaving premises

• Performs any other duties assigned by Store Manager

• Engages Volunteers and ensures company mission and focus is upheld

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
