The right candidate will be willing and able to:
- Assist the Manager with daily functions of the store operations such as:
o Payroll
o Schedules
o Inventory control, counts daily and monthly
o Inventory reporting
o Shrink controls
o Monitor store-level repairs and maintenance expenses
o Review / monitor retail pricing structure set by home office for accuracy
o Assist with implementation of Product programs and promotions
o Store presentation and following schematics established by company
o Achieve merchandise sales and profit margin objectives established by the company
- Ensure, enforce and adhere to all industry law regulations and company policy i.e.-TABC
- Support and assist the Manager with training and development of all employees
- Establish and maintain effective business relations with customers, suppliers and other business resources
- High diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience with 1 year retail
- Valid driver's license and be insurable
