Job description
- Train Captains, Front Servers and cocktail servers
- Assist the LOA Beverage Manager with ordering, receiving and scheduling.
- Support the Restaurant management team during service.
- Execute wine service for guests.
- Make suggestions and recommendations to guests.
- Collaborate with the entire Rooftop LOA management team to develop a remarkable dining experience.
- Lead regular wine trainings of the service team.
- Open and Close the restaurant as scheduled.
Requirements
- Prior service experience in an elevated setting
- Experience in wine sales, either in a restaurant or retail setting
- Wine service expertise
- Experience with inventory and ordering
- Superior beverage knowledge
- Supremely organized and dependable
- Passion for teaching and developing teams
- Strong communication skills
- CMS or WSET certification a plus, but definitely not required
