THE HUMAN BEAN BARISTA TRAINING MANAGER provides the highest quality service and products to our customers. If you are a leader looking for this kind of opportunity, we may be interested in you! Qualified applicants must have the ability to provide prompt courteous service, prepare quality beverages, and assure the customer enjoys an exceptional experience. As a trainer, you would have the opportunity to share your knowledge and experience with new baristas.

Qualifications:
-Pass a rigorous product training program 
-Ability to multi-task in a FAST-PACED environment 
-Strong customer service skills 
-Strong memorization skills
-Exhibit good manners and neat personal appearance, proper personal hygiene 
-Be able to work flexible hours (mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays) 
-Demonstrate communication and basic math skills 
-Must be able to lead by example
-Lead with the best customer service and efficiency
-Must be able to motivate and encourage employees by creating a positive, fun environment
-Teach new baristas drink measurements and processes, operations, and customer service.

*Candidate must be able to attend a 3 week training course at The Human Bean headquarters in Medford, OR (all expenses will be paid)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
