THE STERN CENTER For Developmental And Behavioral Health, Inc. is now expanding due to high referral rates. We are looking to increase our Behavioral Health Technician staff.

(BHT)

• Job description/Responsibilities:

Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) is a person who works directly with the client carrying out the daily interventions designed by the BC or BC ABA. The BHT works in the home, school or community setting, depending on the prescription of hours and the client's area of need. BHT's collect data on behaviors identified in the client's individualized treatment plan.

Qualifications:

One of the following

• Minimum of a high school diploma
• A valid RBT certification
• Bachelors degree in psychology, social work or human service related field and
• 2 years experience providing behavioral health services

Additional Information

• All Applicants must provide: Child Abuse, PA State Police and FBI clearances received within the last 60 days and sealed transcripts as proof of degree‘s.
• Mandated reporter training completion certificate.
• Completion of 40 hours training in Applied Behavior Analysis (RBT certificate applies) before starting work with clients.

• 6 hours of A&A training if no previous TSS/BHT experience
• Employee must be able to gain access to client's place of treatment whether it is the client's home, school or community.
• Employee must be able to read, write and speak fluent English
• E.O.E.

*RBT training preferred

*Previous TSS experience preferred

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
