Job description
New Look Skin, LLC is looking for an experienced, full-time call center representative/ receptionist who will be able to provide our patients with the highest level of customer service in our well-known, extremely fast-paced, and busy medical spa.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Implement our etiquette and customer service policy at all times
- Greet patients and check them in for treatments
- Check out patients, take payments, and make future appointments
- Provide information to patients regarding products and services
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer phone calls
- Direct calls on multi-line phones
Qualifications:
- Full availability (including weekends) is required
- 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience
- Excellent customer service skills as well as strong communication skills
- Able to maintain poise and a friendly attitude at all times
- Willing and able to work Saturdays and/or Sundays
- Call Center experience is highly desirable
- Able and willing to work at the fast-paced and busy office environment
- Very detail orientated
- Bilingual - Preferred
