JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- National Criminal Background Check and Motor Vehicle Report
- 2-step TB test
- Valid Drivers License and Auto Insurance
- Access to Own Vehicle
- Prior experience Preferred
- Ability to work independently and follow a care plan
- Live ins max of 3 days-rotated
- 8 hours of availability on the weekends
