$3000 Sign On Bonus for Full-time (after 60-days employment period)

WE PAY NIGHT SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL @ $2.00 from 10pm-6am and $.50 from 6pm-10pm

Oasis Pavilion Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking dedicated compassionate professional staff for our 134-bed skilled nursing facility, located in Casa Grande, AZ. We are only 30 minutes from Arizona Mills Outlet Mall and 30 minutes from South Chandler. Don't fight the traffic...drive away from it. We offer competitive pay. CNA Requirements

• Must have CPR certification
• Must have Current TB test
• Must have AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Must have AZ State CNA-LNA License
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer experience
• Ability to organize and prioritize with good interpersonal skill

CNA Responsibilities

• Answering patient call lights
• Feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, or moving patients, or changing linens
• Applying clean dressings, slings, stockings, or support bandages, under direction of a nurse or physician.
• Assisting nurses or physicians in the operation of medical equipment or provision of patient care.
• Changing bed linens or making beds.
• Cleaning and sanitizing patient rooms, bathrooms, and other patient areas.

Previous long term care experience a plus, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right entry level applicants.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Full-time employees start accruing Paid Time Off on the date of hire, Holiday Pay after a 90-day probation period and are eligible for Healthcare Benefits the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
