Legacy Ventures Hotels is looking for an Atlanta based Cluster Revenue Manager to support revenue management efforts, with a focus on two of our newly acquired independent hotels. Summary: The Revenue Manager has overall responsibility for identifying and maximizing all potential revenue opportunities for assigned hotels in various locations. This includes the analysis of revenue potential for all market segments, including group, leisure and corporate transient business, and will be responsible for working with OTAs to facilitate additional distribution. The Revenue Manager must be strategic and decisive, combining knowledge in revenue management, ecommerce, sales, marketing and distribution to make the optimal revenue decisions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Strategically coordinate the revenue management and distribution strategy processes and procedures for multiple hotels, maximizing room revenue and growing market share.
- Develop and implement revenue strategies through all inventory management systems.
- Conduct competitive analysis on a regular basis.
- Analyze, identify, and execute pricing decisions based on supply, demand, booking patterns and competitor pricing information.
- Create and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each property.
- Lead weekly revenue strategy meetings.
- Budget and forecast occupancy and revenue based on demand and market trends.
- Work with the Hotel Manager, Front Office and Reservations on selling guidelines, increasing conversion rates, rate strategy, revenue goals, etc.
- Improve revenue and market penetration performance v. LY and budget goals, as well as provide ways to improve performance strategies.
- Review and refine the future strategies for both group and transient segments.
- Responsible for assessing, analyzing, and pricing group business as well as monitoring group pickup, cut-off dates and wash percentages.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly pace reports, forecasts, segmentation, channel production, STAR analysis, promo production, comp set analysis and any additional reports as needed.
- Audit reservations and the property management system for discounting and accurate market segmentation.
- Analyze and positively affect RevPar and RevPar Index against the comp set on the STR report.
- Ensure rate and availability parity through all booking channels.
- Build rates, packages, promotions and booking links in all necessary systems.
- Manage and oversee strategy for all 3rd party distribution including implementing promotions and maintaining accurate content.
- Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (OTA, FIT, tour operator, corporate, consortia, groups, etc.)
- Lead consistent revenue strategy and business review calls with sales, hotel and corporate leaders
- Assists Corporate Director of Revenue Management and Sales in various duties and assignments.
- Other duties may be assigned by a supervisor as needed.
- Performs any other job-related duties as assigned.
- Possesses knowledge of hospitality, business and basic accounting principles and practices.

- Must have a flexible schedule and ability to workdays, evenings or nights any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
- Limited travel required.
- Must have exceptional customer service skills
- Highly computer literate with a high-level proficiency with Excel.
- Knowledgeable of hotel technology: PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, Extranets.
- Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks in a busy environment and remain flexible
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must have a self-starting personality with an even disposition to effectively communicate with guests and staff.
- Possess excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills. Computer literacy and financial management a must.
Education and/or Experience: College degree preferred. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); AND two to four years of hands-on hotel revenue management experience. Independent hotel experience a plus.
