Maynard Select is a locally owned and rapidly growing company with 82 years of service to the community. We are looking for dedicated, determined Sales Professionals in our Commercial HVAC Division.
Key Expectations:
Acquire 3 new accounts per month via leads, cold-calling and other strategic selling solutions to achieve and maintain a solid customer base.
Continuous product/vendor education.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution
Analyze Customer information to identify and expand business opportunities.
Successful candidates will drive revenue, gross margin and take ownership of the customer installation experience.

Required Experience
3-5 years B2B continuous sales experience
Prior Refrigeration or Food Service Equipment sales experience.

Useful Experience
BA/BS degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration.
Compensation
This position will be primarily commission-based with an unlimited upside potential.
