Analyze insurance commissions data entry and vendor payments for accuracy and to ensure compliance with client agency contracts. Create periodic commission processing files to transmit data to client agencies. Follow up with carriers to ensure proper compensation. Research issues with insurance carriers, insurance agencies, and Carroll Enterprises internal and external partners. Prepare reports as required. Maintain compensation schedules.

Analyze commissions data entry for accuracy and approve transactions in good order for payment to client agencies.

Create periodic commission processing files to transmit data to client agencies.

Research and resolve issues with: Insurance carriers, client agencies, internal partners, and other external partners

Maintain multiple department tracking logs in up to date status.

Track and follow-up on service issues to ensure timely processing of commissions.

Monitor and analyze commission payments to agents and agency to ensure compliance with agreements.

Monitor and analyze commission payments from insurance carriers to ensure compliance with agreements.

Review and interpret commission statements to enable accurate classification and entry of data into commission processing system.

Skill Requirements:

Ability to understand and accurately interpret commissions statements and data.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to take initiative and prioritize work.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

PC expertise with very strong knowledge of MS Excel and Word.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen to others and respond professionally with timely and accurate information.

Ability to multi-task effectively and accurately to meet deadlines under pressure.

Ability to work well with fellow employees as well as independently.

High energy and self-starter with sound judgment skills.
