Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Job Description:

The Concrete Laborer position performs all tasks involved in the production of the company’s concrete TENSL line. This position entails following proper directions to mix and make concrete and also put it precisely where it has to go in conformity with project specifications. He or she is responsible for designing and building forms, pouring concrete, and spreading and smoothing concrete with various relevant tools.

Job Responsibilities:

· Pour concrete into prepared forms

· Assist with removing cured product from molds

· Strip and clean concrete forms and products

· Load and unload materials, supplies, and work tools to and from trucks

· Breaking up or digging out old concrete before pouring new concrete

· Ensuring safety by cleaning up the work environment and wearing the appropriate safety gear

· Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. between 8-10 hours per day

· Employee must be able to use both hands to control equipment and material using in the production process

· Ability to work overtime when needed/respond to on-call issues when needed
