About the Role

Moltz Construction Inc. is looking for a Concrete Laborer to support an expansion project of an existing Mine Water Discharge Treatment Plant located approximately 5 miles south of the I-70 Copper Mountain Exit and 15 miles north of Leadville, in Climax, Colorado. The project consists of extensive excavation, concrete, interior piping, and equipment work. The project is scheduled to last for 2+ years.

As a Concrete Laborer at Moltz Construction Inc., you will:

• 
  Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor on water and heavy concrete construction projects.
• Maintain a clean job site: pick up all tools and equipment and secure the job site each day to eliminate potential hazards.
• Perform materials handling and storage.
• Provide labor support as needed for specialty crews.
• Load and unload trucks, haul, and hoist materials.
• Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.
• Bring problems to the attention of the Foreman, Safety Manager or Human Resources.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 
  Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
• Perform good manual dexterity and multilimbed coordination.
• Ability to work overtime including nights and weekends if required to meet project schedule.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary- $20.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience.
• Per diem and company housing is provided.
