Construction Technician

Schedule: Sunday-Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM) (2 days off). Weekends/ Overtime as needed & availability for after hours & weekend emergency calls.

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Position Summary:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC work, landscaping, general construction, and general up-keep of the property.

What you have already achieved (Requirements):

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid Driver’s License or ID

• 3 years of construction experience

• HVAC Certification is preferred but not required

• Must have reliable transportation, cell phone service, and a basic set of tools

• US work authorization

• Ability to pass a background check

What you are great at (Responsibilities):

• Prioritize and complete ad hoc construction projects in a timely manner or by set deadlines.
• Work with county on any permitting needed for projects
• Experience with heavy machinery & concrete a plus

• Effective communication between property managers and team members

• Record keeping of projects completed

• Budgeting

• Heavy Remodeling

• Electrical and Plumbing re-work
