We are currently seeking a Contents Technician with preferred emergency response and mitigation experience. You will be responsible for moving, packing and handling property with care - including structure cleaning and contents cleaning, cataloging/inventory of all items taken for restoration, proper documentation, and customer service and satisfaction. You will promote the core values throughout the daily operations of the company. Opportunity:

For the outgoing and athletic candidate to clean, pack, care for and catalog peoiple's things. Excellent work ethic and attendance are required. You will be expected to-

• Manipulate, pack, and move all items at the property, handling with care and avoiding damage. Use and become familiar with various materials and techniques like shrink wrapping, bubble wrap, packing paper, boxed, shoulder straps, dollies, etc. to complete the job.
• Have an excellent understanding of documentation, including Encircle, matterport, and the job management system. Provide support to contents lead and lessen the administrative load for documentation.
• Be professional, punctual, and positive. Make customers feel comfortable and gain their trust. Take care of them and their things.
• Be willing and ready to work across all verticals for Crown. This could include structure cleaning, contents cleaning, mitigation labor, reconstruction cleanups, help with abatements, and help around the shop.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $28.00 per hour

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
• Restoration industry experience: 2 years (Preferred)
• Bilingual: 1 year (Preferred)
