Responsibilities:

• Timely and accurately resolve credit balances
• Process internal and external refund requests
• Identify trends and escalate where appropriate
• Maintain accurate, clear, concise, and complete account notes and other relevant information.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient demographic, medical, and financial information. Ensure proper handling and disposal of confidential documents and adhere to HIPAA.
• Comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and requirements.
• Comply with MPS/Client policies and procedures in all aspects of job performance.
• Respond to requests for information and resolve account discrepancies.
• Remain flexible for cross training
• Occasionally take on tasks outside the normal scope of practice
• Observe, identify, and do what is needed to move us forward in a way that best represents who we are as an organization.
• Other duties as needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by our Organization's Values.

Location: Texarkana, TX (Not a remote position)

Hours: M - F 8 - 5

Pay: $11 - 13.00/Hour (Depending on Experience)
