We are looking for energetic Cashiers, Food Runners, Dough Makers, Cooks, Shift Leaders, Game Room Attendants, and other positions to join the fun at our Redlands, CA location. Prior restaurant experience is highly desired.
What you can bring to the table at a Cashier:
*Minimum 1-2 years restaurant or retail cashiering experience, preferred.
*Outstanding Guest-focused approach to each Guest interaction.
*Basic 10-key and counting skills.
*High energy and enthusiasm.
*Outstanding Suggestive Selling abilities.
*Some college, preferred.
*Bilingual in English and Spanish on a professional level, preferred.
What you can bring to the table as a Cook:
*1 year previous restaurant experience, preferred.
*Must be 18 years or older.
*Ability to read and speak basic English.
*Knowledge of proper storage requirements.
*Knowledge of proper rotation and food handling.
*Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
*Ability to read register tickets, kitchen recipes/procedures and communicate with other team members.
*Knowledge and use of kitchen forms/systems.
What you can bring to the table as a Food Runner:
*1 year previous restaurant/bar experience, preferably to include a full-service environment.
*Must be 21 years or older to serve alcoholic beverages.
*Ability to read and speak English.
*High energy and enthusiasm.
*Basic 10-key and counting skills.
*Knowledge of proper alcohol beverage storage requirements.
*Knowledge of proper alcoholic beverage equipment maintenance.
*Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
What you can bring to the table as a Dough Maker:
*1 year previous restaurant, and or pastry experience, preferred.
*Mathematical ability with addition and subtraction.
*Ability to read instructions and write product labeling.
*Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
What you can bring to the table as a Game Room Attendant:
*Flexible schedule; evenings and weekend availability a must.
*Knowledge of minor game equipment repair preferred.
*Previous game experience preferred.
*Ability to read, write and speak English.
*Outstanding verbal communication skills.
*Excellent "eye" for detail and the ability to multi-task.
What you can bring to the table as a Buffet Attendant:
*Must be 18 years or older.
*Ability to read and speak basic English.
*Knowledge and use of kitchen forms/systems.
*Ability to read and understand register tickets, kitchen recipes, and procedures.
