Pathfinders is working with a leading credentialing firm specializing in the healthcare industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and expand your career! This role offers training and opportunities for growth!

We are seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for fielding inbound phone calls and emails in a call center environment!

**Candidates will be required to provide proof of vaccination against Covid-19.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and answer questions and inquiries
• Provide information regarding training programs, credentialing, and test scores
• Handle documents, applications, and basic troubleshooting

Requirements:

• 1+ year of call center experience
• Strong MS Office skills
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills
• Ability to display empathy while providing excellent customer service

Details:

• Full Time, Shifts available M-F 8:30am-5pm
• Pay: $17/hr
• Location: Bala Cynwyd, PA
