At Clearly Filtered, we are looking for an articulate and empathetic Customer Experience Agent who is ready to serve our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, an understanding of our brand, and passion for resolving customers’ issues. This person will represent our brand as the first, and often times, only, person our customers will ever connect with. Being an entirely e-commerce brand, how we communicate to our digital audience is vital to our next phase for growth.

Our office is located in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. This is a full time, hourly position. The position is full-time M-F/9 AM - 4 PM and includes health & retirement benefits.

What we are looking for:

  • A “People-Person” who genuinely enjoys helping people
  • Experience in Customer Service/Support; specifically over the phone support - comfortable walking people through resolutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Able to problem solve, work well on their feet and handle curveballs

What we will need you to do:

  • Ensure that we continue to “wow” our customers by exceeding their expectations with outreach and support via phone calls, emails, contact form inquiries, and live chat
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty by offering quick resolutions
  • Take orders or update subscriptions service over the phone
  • Offer and fulfill warranty replacements, returns and refunds
  • Perform customer impacting projects such as subscription member outreach
  • Complete assigned projects in a timely manner to ensure customers are impacted as minimally as possible
  • Coordinate with the appropriate teams to troubleshoot customer issues
  • Consistently use positive language and maintain a positive attitude

This position starts at $25.00 an hour and begins receiving regular performance reviews after a probationary period of (90) days.

Here’s what you’ll need:

Required:

  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Positive can-do attitude - Excitement about helping customers
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem Solving
  • Computer Literacy (Familiar with Google Suite, gMail, Sheets, Docs, etc)
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong Work Ethic
  • Comfortable multitasking
  • Comfortable with meeting deadlines

Desired, but not required:

  • Ecommerce experience
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Gorgias and other help desk platforms.
