As our business has grown, our needs for additional help in our Customer Experience department has increased. Specifically, we require a hardworking, diligent problem solver, critical thinker and relationship builder to provide support and analysis to our overall business. The perfect candidate will be motivated to oversee the customer experience post transaction. This includes reconciling customers accounts, performing payment analysis and managing communication externally on accounts payable, invoice corrections and billing issues.

The specific job duties include:

  • Collaborate with customer account managers
  • Administer critical response to delinquent accounts
  • Develop relationship with key Client AP Personnel
  • Monitor summary statements to identify trends and potential problems
  • Collaborate with Corporate Operations team on invoicing transactions
  • Manage and reduce financial issues daily
  • Identify problem vendors and business units that are delaying billing process

Required skills, experience and education:


  • Intermediate skills in Excel
  • 4-year degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A track record of problem solving
  • Ability and comfort performing duties on the phone with external vendors
  • Aspire to high level of professionalism and integrity
