You will join our Customer Service Team and report to the Customer Service Manager, where you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care and service to all our internal and external customers!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review purchase orders for accuracy and to ensure legal, financial, and operational guidelines are met.

• Review agreements or proposed agreements for conformity to company Terms and Conditions and Revenue Recognition Guidelines.

• Coordinate product/service orders requests cross-functionally and via External 3rd Party Partners to ensure accurate pricing and materials are listed and accelerate solutions. Problem solving delivery issues as well as delivery tracking.

• Ability to act as liaison between customers, sales, 3rd Party Partners, Global supply chain, finance, and legal functions to ensure outstanding customer service.

• Enhance existing processes and improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization’s financial and business objectives using action plans and business tools to motivate and excel.

• Apply tools and present metrics to understand focus areas of continuous process improvement and to meet critical metric targets.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

• High School Degree or equivalent with 2+ years of related experience.

• Knowledge of Terms and Conditions business guidelines.

• Competency in ERP and CRM systems such as SAP and SFDC.
