The CSP Program Manager is responsible for developing and leading Customer Satisfaction Phase projects for product and service launches.

Develop an in-depth understanding of Varian’s Product Life Cycle (PLC) process, product release processes, requirements, and manufacturing and service requirements.
- Ensure product and process quality by adhering to Varian’s Quality initiatives, PLC process, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to secure resources and ensure alignment for project deliverables and timeline commitments.
- Develop project plan(s) and identify risks to project success and create mitigation plans.
- Lead customer site selection and approval including team creation, project goals, prerequisite verification, customer preparation, and communication.
- Create formal project documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to assess the readiness of the organization to support full product launch.
- Manage triage and feedback sessions and resolution efforts.
- Conduct lessons learned session for every project.
- Lead process improvement initiatives.
- Be the conduit for our customers and Varian during the project. Interact with customers, soliciting feedback on their experience with both the process and the product, or service.
- Monitor and maintain reporting tool set and dashboard/metrics.
- Conduct internal and external customer surveys to reflect voice of customer experience.
- Develop and manage CSP exit review sessions to gain approval for full product launch.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate global customer base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in management and execution of complex, cross-disciplinary projects, ideally involving NPI and/or technology transitions preferred
- Preferred knowledge and understanding of healthcare clinical workflow dynamics and functions
- Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Yammer
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Take responsibility and work independently, as well as coordinate team efforts
- Demonstrate patience, tact, and courtesy with a variety of customers and personalities
- Must be able to successfully meet and maintain all required vendor credentialing, criminal background checks, and drug screens
- Travel is required up to 25%.
Position must have full access to Varian client sites to perform the essential functions of this position. Many clients require Varian employees and representatives to meet certain Vendor Credentialing requirements before they will be allowed to have access to their sites. Unless prohibited by law, position must meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to have full client access and must continue to meet those requirements during the course of employment in this position. These requirements vary by client and may include, but are not limited to: Proof of valid identification (photo, driver's license, SSN) Criminal background checks Drug screens Immunizations (COVID-19, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Influenza, Tetanus) Annual TB testing Healthcare training
