We are an Independent Insurance Agency in Olathe Kansas that is looking for someone to be our Customer Service Leader.

Must have 2 years prior personal insurance customer service or sales experience.

**Must currently have an active insurance license.**

You MUST be a detail oriented person. You will be working with data and numbers and we need you to be someone who double checks your work for accuracy.

All daily tasks for this position center around customer service and customer follow up, requoting households, and assisting clients/following up on claims.

You must have leadership abilities. We need you to take leadership of the customer service and of the tasks that need to be done. If you are working on a project, YOU need to give the owners an update on the project INSTEAD of them coming and asking YOU for updates.

You must be proactive. If you see something that needs to be done or an issue that needs to be cleaned up for a customer or on a file, then you should just do it.

**You MUST have an active insurance license.**

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
