Steve's Plumbing is seeking a self-motivated, energetic, customer service superstar for a full-time position as Plumbing CSR-Dispatcher. The right candidate for this position will have previous experience in CSR/Dispatching and/or Plumbing.

This position will focus on scheduling, dispatching and being a point of contact for technicians and customers.

· We start at $22 per hour, and we'll happily pay more for experienced plumbing CSR/Dispatchers

This is a full time IN PERSON position with full benefits.

· Experienced: Capable of juggling team management while answering high volume of phone calls, prioritizing customer needs and dispatching efficiently

Primary Responsibilities:

· Scheduling service and maintenance calls

· Routing and dispatching technicians

· Follow procedures and guidelines

· Following up and communicating with customers
