We need a friendly, responsive and technically proficient Customer Service Technician who will work with customers to identify needs and discern requests. Our Customer Service Technicians are directly responsible for full cycle service which includes, sales order data entry and service invoicing.
JOB DUTIES
- Customer service telephone and email support
- Troubleshoot required repair and field work
- Proactive case management
- Support installation and application of all SmartCover Systems products
- Build strong relationships with customers, co-workers, and sales channel
- Assist customers with the proprietary app that enables customers to see their own data
- Special Projects as needed
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Two years customer service experience, preferably within a technology company
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point), SQL, preferred experience with Salesforce, and ability to learn new and proprietary computer programs as needed
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism and good judgment in a rapidly changing and fast paced team environment
- Ability to Multi-task and coordinate multiple and often conflicting priorities
- Maintains an outgoing, positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
- Impeccable and articulate communication skills
- Solution oriented
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or GED
