Salary Range: Based on experience
As a Customer Support Representative, you will have the opportunity to represent OxeFit’s advanced strength training system brand by upholding superior customer service while resolving internal and external support issues, fielding service requests, and acting as a knowledgeable resource for our growing customer base.
Essential Functions:
- Communicate with customers daily and provide excellent customer service for all questions, concerns, requests, etc.
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to streamline active and ongoing customer support issues
- Track and update progress of field service request tickets from initiation through resolution
- Be a subject-matter-expert of OxeFit’s advanced strength training systems to improve operational efficiency
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Information Systems, Psychology, or a related field
- 3+ years experience in a customer service or customer facing role
- Experience using help desk ticketing systems, preferably Zendesk
