Data Entry Operator II

Where: Ft. Hood, Texas (CIF)
Type: Non-Exempt
Compensation: $15.00/hour
Work Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift

Skookum is seeking an organized and diligent Data Entry Operator II with a positive attitude.

Typical duties include but are not limited to:

• Enters data and updates clothing records into data system.

• Provides efficient and effective customer service, which includes greeting and answering questions for customers via phone or in person.

• Receives/locates record requests and transports records by walking up to 1000 feet (round trip).

• Make copies and files various documents throughout the day.

• Assists in conducting monthly inventories, as required.

• Inspects clothing records for accuracy.

• Inputs pertinent information into CIF-ISM in order to create required reports, such as laundry tickets.

• Assists in processing cash collections, statements of charge, and Financial Liability Investigations for Property Loss.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least one (1) year of experience working with computers.

• Ability to organize and alphabetize according to an established filing system.

• Experience working with ISM preferred.

• Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work effectively as a team.

Physical Requirements:
Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance. The physical demands of this position may be reasonably accommodated for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions on a case-by-case basis.

• Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required.

Requirements:

• Valid state driver’s license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Skookum’s insurance carrier.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access. A background check and E-Verify will be conducted for this position.
