Our growing company is hiring for a Design Services Administrator. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications but have sufficient experience and talent.

The candidate should be reliable and have good communication skills and the ability to multi-task. Must be a dependable part of the team, as teamwork is vital to our continued growth and success!

Position Responsibilities:

• Participates in weekly meetings with department leader to manage market workflow and department workload
• Answer and assign customer requests via multiple platforms
• Filter customer requests for required details
• Support for other project requirements
• Conducts weekly team huddles to coordinate checking items and workload
• Facilitates problem solving with fellow team members and leadership team (if applicable)
• Meets monthly and quarterly department performance measures/goals

Experience:

• Experience with customer service and excellent communication skills
• Command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project)
• Exceptional level of accuracy and detail
• Experience in the area of metal plate connected wood truss design desired but not required
• Ability to read architectural and structural plans desired but not required
• CAD experience is a definite plus

Hours:

• 8AM-5PM
• Ability to work overtime and weekends required
