Summary

QC Kinetix specializes in the use of advanced regenerative medicine to treat arthritis, sports related injuries, and chronic pain without the use of surgery, drugs, or steroids. We are looking for an exceptional Director of Healthcare Administration to act as supervising director and clinical manager for our current 6 clinics in Dallas / Fort-Worth and Houston and our expansion of several more in the next few months. Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversees and manages all clinics, with the exception of the duties associated with any practice of medicine (the medical director will oversee those roles).
  • Supports accurate payroll administration.
  • Manages the ordering of all items needed to run the office.
  • Handles any disputes (works with clinical team and patient to resolve issue).
  • Enforces the operations manual to uphold the QC Kinetix brand.
  • Manages opening and closing duties as well as end-of-day reconciliation.
  • Maintains an accurate and up-to-date plan of staffing needs. Prepares schedules and ensures that the center is staffed appropriately all hours of operation.
  • Keeps upper management and/or the medical director promptly and fully informed of all issues (e.g., problems, unusual matters of significance, and positive events) and takes prompt corrective action, where necessary, or suggests alternative courses of action
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills with employees and patients. Provides ongoing team leadership and organizes monthly team meetings with staff.
  • Delegates a “second in command” to assist with all the duties listed here in the case of their absence. An office manager will be reasonably available even during “off” times.
  • Uses “customer care” communications on a weekly basis to address and anticipate potential patient concerns. Extends business lifetime value of current patients and continually improves patient retention.
  • Meets weekly/monthly/quarterly (as specified) with decision makers within QC Kinetix. These meetings may include, but not be limited to, in-person, phone, or virtual meetings.
  • Is accountable for facility maintenance, cleanliness, office and medical supply inventory.
  • Ensures all services are rendered in accordance with QC Kinetix policies and procedures.
  • Ensures accurate inventory reports and enforces inventory control procedures.
  • Ensures that medical waste is stored properly and disposed of.
  • Ensures a safe working and patient environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents.
  • Demonstrates product knowledge and patient service awareness.
  • Provides direction and/or training to employees regarding operations and procedural issues.
  • Assists with interviewing, hiring, supervising, developing, and when necessary, terminating employees.
  • Develops employees by providing ongoing feedback, establishing performance expectations, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Ensures all HR policies are enforced.
  • Attends and maintains all staff training, relevant to their role, in meeting federal and state law requirements of a medical office, such as OSHA.
  • Continually reviews center training and protocols.

  • Healthcare management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
  • Sales and marketing experience with successful medical clinics.
  • Outstanding leadership skills and positive attitude.
  • Ability to interact with staff in a team environment with focus on quality and constant improvement.
  • Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
  • Knowledge of legal and ethical standards for the delivery of medical care.
  • Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
