The IMA Group is seeking to hire a Director of National Accounts to join our team.

The purpose of the position is to drive revenue growth within the Payer Services or Government Services Division through management of existing accounts and expansion of product volume or selling of new product lines.

This role is to be focused on daily management of mid-size to large accounts within the Payer Services or Government Services Divisions. This will involve being able to resolve all client related issues, analyze client data, monitor progress to goals and meeting client expectations, and finding key areas of further opportunity with each client through volume growth of the current products, or introducing additional products.

Candidates MUST have experience in managed care or workers compensation to be considered. The markets to be addressed will include disability, workers? compensation, liability, and auto / no-fault.

The is a full-time, remote position.

We are not accepting candidates from Colorado or Washington at this time.

This role is expected to

  • Build a portfolio for each client that includes contracts, relationship map, KPIs, SOWs, pricing, and other key details specific to the client.
  • Manage and resolve issues as they present themselves from the client.
  • Work with operations to make sure we are meeting clients needs and help operations with suggestions on enhancing performance to do so.
  • Build key relationships at multiple levels of the clients organization, and introduce and extend those relationships to key stakeholders within the IMA team ? operations, executive leadership, client service, etc.
  • Work with analytics to build specific reports necessary to monitor the progress of KPIs expected for the client
  • Set specific meetings with clients to discuss the potential for new products to be introduced or presented.
  • Work with manager to determine if sales should be brought in to help close various opportunities.
  • Work with implementation team to bring in new clients and make sure they are implemented correctly.
  • Cultivate relationships by providing professional support to enhance customer retention
  • Understand all aspects of IMA internal operations so you can resolve issues quickly and with the correct department or person
  • Develop and maintain exceptional knowledge of the company?s services and the value delivered
  • Properly maintain records of account updates and activity within the Sugar CRM platform
  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals & quotas
  • Communicate to internal groups in a timely manner, the outcome of proposals and conveying the expectations set forth
  • Work with Sales Support to be ready for contract renewals or price increase discussions and involve the necessary stakeholders in those meetings.
  • Appropriate travel is required to achieve sales goals

Education

  • Bachelors degree, required.

Experience

  • 3 years of regional or national sales experience calling on top level decision makers, required.
  • 2-3 years of national account management experience, required.
  • Industry and product knowledge, required.
