Trucking Company - Sacramento, CA

Growing Sacramento Based trucking company needs a Transportation and Logistics Dispatcher with great negotiating, sales, and multi-tasking skills. This is a position which requires experience in booking loads, dispatching for multiple fleet vehicles and must have EXCELLENT negotiating skills. You must be comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment, and have experience with load boards. Experience with computers, fast typing skills, and great communication skills are also needed. Experience in requesting Revised Rate Confirmations for Lumpers, Layovers, and Detentions is preferred, but not required.

Position Requirements:
* Data Entry

* Microsoft Knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook.

* Ability to work Monday-Friday 7am-3pm
* Being on time, prompt, and prepared on a daily basis

* Find Trucks/Drivers to fulfill load requirements from the Customer.
* Must be able to communicate effectively with the customer and drivers in a professional manner.
* Excellent multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills

Job Experience:

1 year Dispatch(Preferred)

1 year Customer Service(Preferred)

Multi-language preferred(Hindi/Punjabi)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
