On your journey with Genie, you will be responsible for aiding our facilities in finding exceptional talent to fill vacant positions. Our generous compensation package includes a $41,600 base salary as well as full health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance in addition to our 401k Retirement Plan. Our Talent Acquisition Specialists as well receive an uncapped commission that begins after your first placement, and grows as you do!

- A bachelor’s degree in any business related field
- Experience assessing client needs, identifying/recommending solutions, and building/managing client relationships.
