Located in Wheaton, IL, Wyndemere Senior Living is one of DuPage County’s premier senior living communities. We are seeking an Environmental Services Aide interested in enhancing the lives of our residents by creating a clean and safe environment. EVS Aides are responsible for routine cleaning of public areas of the community.

Shift: Part-Time 3:00pm - 9:00pm flexible days

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning of public spaces and trash removal.
• Set up conference rooms for meetings and events.
• Move outdoor decorations and furniture as needed.
• Observes safety precautions at all times. Reports safety hazards to the EVS Manager or Supervisor.
• Utilizes the appropriate chemicals, supplies, and cleaning techniques according to procedure and manufacture’s recommendations. Notifies EVS Manager when supplies need to be ordered.

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidates will live close to our Wheaton campus.
• Available to work late afternoon and evening hours.
• Previous EVS experience required.
• Knowledge of how to work housekeeping machines.
• Able to fill in on weekends when needed and alternate holidays
• Able to speak and understand English
• Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment physical, drug screen and criminal background check

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
