Event Technology Sales Manager- Diplomat Beach Resort

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Event Technology Sales Manager to join our team. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for selling our event technology products and services to potential clients in the event industry.

This stunning 1000 room oceanfront resort is the perfect getaway with two beachside pools, a Dip & Slide splash pad for kids, and 1,000 linear feet of alabaster beach. Savor stunning views, delicious dining options, and endless sunshine in Hollywood, Florida.

This role will require an understanding of network connectivity, wired, and wireless, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently to meet and exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate Revenue through a proactive consultative sales approach
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Be able to convey to clients, the technology to be implemented both verbally, and in written form.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Events, and Information Technology teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Negotiate pricing based on client contracts and agreements.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.
  • Continuously promote our products and services

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or 2 years of experience in the event technology business.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
