Job description
  • Develop presentation materials using PowerPoint, Excel, and other related products
  • Lead selected broader-team administrative tasks including facilities/IT requests
  • Provide elevated administrative and logistical support for key team meetings
  • Handle administrative tasks and special projects as required
  • Collects and prepares information for the use in presentations/meetings of executive staff, other associates, and non-company individuals
  • Plans, organizes and manages multiple calendars
  • Coordinates travel arrangements
  • Answers phones, screens and documents incoming calls
  • Manages and reconciles expense reports, purchase requisitions submissions
  • Creates and maintains complex records
  • Responds to inquiries in area of responsibility
  • Collects data/information for department use in special projects or reports
  • Updates information and reports typically on the computer
  • Checks information for accuracy
  • Prepares and balances data
  • Communicates regularly with vendors
  • Reviews information/data and makes decisions within well-defined guidelines, parameters, and instruction
  • Examines and prioritizes documents to determine work to be completed or best course of action
  • Sorts, files and maintains invoices, receipts, contracts, or other special department documents
  • Compiles minor statistical data
  • Completes keyboarding projects such as preparing correspondence and mailings
  • Checks own work for accuracy
  • Coordinates special programs and/or events

Job Requirements

Relevant Experience, Education, Certification, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Experience Level:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail experience preferred
  • 5+ Years of administrative experience, preferably in a large office environment

Skills and Experiences:

  • 5+ years' experience providing high level secretarial and administrative support
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential material with discretion
  • Highly developed organizational skills
  • Significant customer service experience, utilizing strong collaborative and inter-personal skills
  • Considerable experiences managing multiple and high-level priorities simultaneously
  • Must be able to prioritize work assignments and be detail oriented
  • Strong knowledge of all office systems skills; in particular; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Thorough knowledge of technical and business vocabulary
  • Must be detail oriented, highly organized, able to meet deadlines, and work with confidential information
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
