Requirements of Custodial/Janitorial Manager:
- Prior cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to use motorized equipment (vacuum, hand operated floor cleaners)
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety related materials
- Manager/Supervisor experience preferred
- Demonstrated organization
- Comfortable giving instruction and holding team members accountable

West Michigan Janitorial provides industry-leading janitorial service to businesses in West Michigan. We employ nearly 400 Custodians and Janitors for positions cleaning in commercial/school environments.
We are looking for Custodial/Janitorial Manager to serve White Cloud Public Schools.
Responsibilities of the Custodial/Janitorial Manager
- Clean and cover accounts
- Quality control inspections
- Train new hires
- Deliver supplies to team members
- Accurately report daily to Branch Manager
- Assist Branch Manager with administrative duties
Compensation for Custodial/Janitorial Manager
$33K-$36K/Year depending on experience
In addition to annual salary, we offer supervisors performance based incentive pay.
Shifts available: Evenings; Full time
