Job Overview

For this position, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal function of all company assets through routine preventative and corrective maintenance of the infrastructure, tools, and equipment. You will be working with each Department Manager to create and execute regular maintenance schedules, protocols, and procedures of their respective areas. You will also take part in facility upgrades and buildouts of projects relating to all aspects of cannabis cultivation, production, processing, etc.

Responsibilities and Duties

² Regular equipment checks, maintenance, and/or repair of grow and dry rooms

² Conduct minor electrical repairs and escalate major repairs to a licensed electrician

² Maintain all production equipment such as transplantation machine, wood chipper, etc.

² Maintain the building and general infrastructure, such as doors, walls, floors, etc.

² Prepare equipment and systems for changing weather conditions

² Perform facility upgrades such as fertigation/irrigation systems, lighting, etc.

² Additional duties as assigned and needed

Qualifications

² General handyman skills

² Basic knowledge, understanding, and experience maintaining plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems

² Time management, flexibility, and the ability to identify top priorities independently

² Ability to effectively communicate information to others individually and as a group

² Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

² Experience in the Washington Cannabis Industry is preferred

² Reliable transportation for traveling between the company facilities

Must be 21 years old

Hours

² Monday through Friday 40 hours a week

² You will be on call for emergencies

² Occasional overtime when necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
