This team is comprised of four major business functions: Fraud Plastics, Retail Fraud Prevention, Card Disputes & Recovery, and Retail Customer Claims.

Job Summary:

You will compile and analyze statistical data relative to unit productivity, complete quality monitoring, provide feedback to staff, and resolve complex and escalated employee and customer problems and inquires. It is the responsibility of the Fraud Team Leader to advise their staff of any change in policy or procedures, to allocate resources, and assign additional work as necessary. You will train new staff members, conduct performance reviews, and make recommendations regarding corrective actions and dismissals.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coach and develop staff to ensure all Business Objectives are met: Responsible for performance management
  • Complete performance reviews, development plans and annual reviews for reporting staff on a timely basis
  • Partner with Leadership to identify and implement enhancements to improve effectiveness and efficiency of services and systems
  • Ensure adherence to operating procedures, legal and compliance regulations, and IT Policies to minimize risk
  • Select and retain talent
  • Resolve complex and escalated employee and customer problems and inquires
  • Create and maintain open communication with employees as well as Peers, your Leadership Team and other Lines of Business

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Minimum 2+ years leadership experience
  • Fluency with computer functions with MS Office Suite and Windows Operating Systems
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Specialized functional or technical knowledge that allows for independent thought and action on important department activities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead/develop or manage high performing Specialists
  • Thorough knowledge of all aspects of Fraud and/or due diligence and customer service handling: Understanding of applicable regulatory and department practices and procedures
  • Exemplary Conflict Resolution skills
