Our motto: Team work makes the dream work! We are a friendly and supportive Dermatology practice in Chevy Chase seeking full-time experienced Medical Receptionist / Front Desk team member. Our days go fast, as we are busy. We work closely together throughout the day to make sure every patient has an excellent experience while under our care. Our patients love us, and we love them back!

Responsibilities include:

- being a proactive member of a large admin team

- sharing a positive, helpful attitude with patients and staff

- checking patients in and out

- scheduling appointments

- answering phones

- confirming insurance and referrals

- collecting co-pays and balances

- working closely with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

- jumping in to help out where needed throughout each day

- reporting to the Front Desk Supervisor and Practice Administrator
