We are a busy doctors office is looking for a mature and experienced person responsible for answering the phones in an upbeat manner, checking in/out of patients, collecting payments, helping patients move thru the office with patient care, light cleaning of the office to keep it sanitary in covid time.

The ideal person should already have front desk doctors office experience and knowledge in computers, scheduling and insurance is a plus.

We are totally willing to train you if you do not have doctors office experience. This is ideal if you are looking to change careers into the stability of a doctors office and the medical field.

We are looking for a person who can and enjoys working in a busy environment. The candidate must be comfortable and able to multitask, be reliable and dependable, have their own transportation, be energetic and have a positive demeanor.

People skills and comfortable working in a team environment is important to us. We are looking for part time and full time people. We have some early mornings and evenings as well.
