Front Desk Receptionist needed for busy hospital in North Phoenix

This is a fun, fast paced, challenging, and rewarding opportunity. Must be able to handle busy phones and in-person visitors simultaneously.

Most importantly you must be a kind, friendly, patient, and understanding person with the ability to remain calm and respectful at all times.

Quail Run Hospital is located at 2545 W Quail Ave Phoenix, AZ 85027

Position Summary:

The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting all visitors, answering the switchboard, documenting incoming deliveries, processing incoming and outgoing mail and providing clerical support as requested. In addition, the Receptionist prepares weekday deposits, prepares monthly statements for mailing, assists with various clerical duties and projects as assigned, and may assist with completing appropriate paperwork for new admissions during after-hours shifts if assigned as well as maintain the Receptionist schedule and serve as back up as needed. Please note the hours listed are subject to change based on staffing needs.

Job Requirements:

·High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

·Two (2) years’ experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a health care environment

·May be required to work occasional overtime and flexible hours. CPR certification upon hire; AZ DPS Level One Fingerprint Card or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire
