MLP is seeking an experienced Housekeeper/Caretaker to be part of our team at Edison at Rice Creek in Shoreview. Edison at Rice Creek has 401-units. Living on-site is not a requirement for this position.

General Job Description:

As a caretaker/housekeeper you will be responsible for daily cleaning of the common areas, hallways, windows, models, turned units, grounds pickup, and other miscellaneous tasks as requested by the Property Manager.

Duties:

· Clean common areas, entries rooms, and halls by dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, window washing, etc.

· Keep grounds and walks clean and maintained by picking up trash, de-icing and shoveling entryways, esc.

· Clean/sparkle turn-over apartments when residents move in preparation for new resident move in. This includes cleaning all areas of the apartment

· Clean model units

· Clean clubhouse (fitness center, restrooms, office, mail room, pet spa, etc.)

· Organize package room

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
