NATURE OF WORK: The Grant Analytics Coordinator is an integral member of the UMQA department. The Grant Analytics Coordinator will be responsible for the monitoring and reporting on the agency’s compliance and initiatives relating to our implementation and utilization of both our CCBHC and SOR grants. The position will coordinate grant initiatives with various staff across the agency, provide assistance in the implementation of grant initiatives, provide support as necessary to staff in relation to grant initiatives, and analyze metrics related to the implementations of both grants. The position will be responsible for the development and reporting of these metrics, as well as the development of trainings and other related activities needed for the successful implementation of both grants.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Expand agency capacity to measure/improve the implementation of both our CCBHC and SORS grant by supporting processes and procedures for collecting, reporting, and tracking grant requirements and initiatives.
  • Assist the Quality Assurance Manager, the Director of Organizational Development, and the Division Director of Residential Services with monitoring outcome measures related to the CCBHC and SORs grants (and other grants as necessary).
  • Assist the Quality Assurance Manager, the Director of Organizational Development, and the Division Director of Residential Services with the implementation and coordination of CCBHC and SOR grant initiatives across the agency.
  • Providing training and staff assistance in relation to the successful implementation of grant initiatives.
  • Assist in the collection and reporting of the agency NOMS collection process.
  • Develop an ongoing quantitative tracking mechanism for grant requirements and initiatives.
  • Analyze and report on the findings of the initiatives to various agency stakeholders, provide recommendations for improvement, and coordinate initiatives to ensure compliance with grant requirements.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to perform Essential Duties as outlined below:
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience in behavioral healthcare review and/or delivery of services.
  • Ability to comply with Consumer Rights.
  • Ability to comply with Valley's and Division departmental safety procedures.
  • Ability to read, write and speak the English language.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Possesses computer skills & Ability to use Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Ability to work independently.
