The Head Start/PreK Classroom Supervisor is responsible for supervising the classrooms and teachers as assigned in the various centers; responsible for assisting the Education Director for Child Services with the overall management, planning and supervision of the Child Development area of the Head Start/PreK program in accordance with HCCADC’s policies, Head Start and PreK performance standards.

Job Type: Part-Year/Full-Time

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

* 40 hours per week

* Monday-Friday

Education/Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood with at least one year teaching experience in an early childhood setting; or a BS in Elementary Education with a CDA and two years teaching experience in an early childhood setting.

* Prior successful experience or training in supervision and/or management required.

* Prior successful experience as a member of a work team.

* Basic Computer, time management, communication, planning, and organizational skills required.

* Valid PA Driver’s License, 3 years of driving experience, and a clean driving record required.
