Description:

The Manager is responsible for providing leadership for Hudson’s Market & Woody’s Deli colleagues. The Manager will be responsible for meeting weekly, monthly, and yearly budget goals.

• Plans and directs the day-to-day operations of Hudson’s Market, Hudson’s Express Shops, and Woody’s Deli.
• Ability to develop and produce resort amenities
• Collaborates with Leadership to develop and implement budgets, sales goals, marketing strategies, and promotions.
• Experience in a fast-paced casual dining atmosphere, coffee shop with retail, or marketplace
• Works with the Purchasing and Retail departments to manage Market Inventory
• Ensures all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Outlet operation hours in the busy season range from 6am – 7pm, 7 days per week

Rate of Pay: $65,000 Based on Experience

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to repetitively lift, push, pull & carry up to 15 lbs., frequently up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat frequently; kneel or crawl occasionally; infrequently climb a ladder.
• Must be able to perform repetitive hand & arm movements, pushing and pulling, and simple grasping frequently; squeezing, overhead reaching & fine manipulation occasionally.
