ABOUT THE ROLE
As a member of our People Operations team, the Human Resources Generalist will get an opportunity to perform a wide variety of People activities, including Talent Management, Engagement, Employee Development, Recognition, Compensation and Compliance.
This role is core to our providing our employees with support and service, This role is highly visible and is responsible for deliverables such as; supporting employee requests, maintaining people systems, creating reports, maintaining contingent worker and employee files, and assisting with People related programs. Our Ideal candidate is passionate about people, has excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail and the ability to handle sensitive information, confidentially. You'll interact with every part of our business from our clinical to corporate team members across all of our locations.
HOW YOU’LL HAVE IMPACT
- Partner with the People Operations team to develop and coordinate employee training and development including new hire orientation, performance reviews, engagement surveys, and ongoing skills development that model Uniform Teeth’s mission and values.
- Ensures accurate and efficient administration of compensation and benefits.
- Ensures People Operations policies and procedures are compliant with federal state and local employment laws and regulations.
- Own People related administrative tasks, reporting, employment verifications, on-boarding and off-boarding procedures and other People related projects.
- Support new all team members, answer questions on benefits, perks and policies; perform employee related verifications.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support the employee lifecycle.
- Organize and execute on internal audit efforts aimed at supporting compliance.
- Partner with the managers to ensure the effective implementation of HR plans, projects, and programs as well as understanding the functions of the company.
- Develops Human Resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.
- Designs and administers company policies and benefits in both a corporate and clinical setting, ensuring regulatory compliance with legal requirements for all states in which the company operates.
- Support full cycle recruitment.
- Collaborate with the broader team to implement company-wide events and policies to build a strong, united culture around our mission and values.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 4+ years in Human Resources role
- You are adaptable and flexible and are excited to work in an environment that is constantly evolving.
- You enjoy collaborating and are an excellent multi-tasker. You have a track record of successfully managing fast paced projects and programs that will require prioritization and time management skills.
- You are an excellent communicator, regardless of channel (written & verbal) or group of people (both internal and externally).
- You take initiative and are able to identify opportunities and issues, coming up with ways to resolve them. You take action to remove bottlenecks and enjoy working in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Ability to prioritize and complete a wide variety of tasks efficiently within a high-pressure environment while meeting strict deadlines.
- Demonstrated integrity, maturity, professionalism, and sensitivity.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
