Housekeeping Inspector – Part Time

We are a local vacation rental company looking to fill a part time “Inspector” position to join our team in Fort Myers Beach, FL, (Lee County). The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and an energetic personality. This position would be for 3-4 shifts dependent on business needs, Thursday and Saturday would be required working days.

Job Duties:

• Inspection of houses
• Communicating with cleaners
• Time management to ensure houses are complete on time
• Help with laundry and various housekeeping tasks
• Other responsibilities as assigned

• Highly organized.
• Reliable, ability to meet deadlines, and a team player.
• The ability to follow-up and follow through with assigned tasks.
• Self-motivated and customer service oriented.
• Ability to see projects through to completion.
• A keen eye for details.
• Great with customers.
• Ability to regularly lift over 20 lbs.
• Applicants must have reliable transportation.
• Applicants must be willing and able to work overtime
• Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• All applicants will be required to a background screening.

Pay Frequency:

• Biweekly

Schedule:

• We are looking for open schedule but are flexible to the days you are able to work, times would be from 9-5pm/10am-6pm/11am-7pm (but could change dependent on occupancy and needs of business)
• Part time, open availability
• 8 Hour Shift
• Competitive Pay 15-16$ an hour dependent on experience

• Weekends
• Holidays

Depending on Covid-19 restrictions, a face mask may be required while inside the buildings.

Experience:

• Housekeeping Inspector/Supervisor 1-3 years (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Language:

• Prefer applicant to be bilingual in English/Spanish – But not necessary to apply.
